Manijeh Moieni
Manijeh graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia in 1995 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1996. Prior to establishing Echelon Law Corporation Manijeh worked at a national trust company and leading law firms in Vancouver, BC. She is a resourceful and dedicated lawyer with the experience and leadership ability to make a significant contribution to her clients. With 14 years of diverse legal practice, she exercises careful judgment and consistently makes recommendations to represent clients’ interests with well-defined strategies and sound advice. Manijeh distinguishes herself from many other lawyers by offering a unique combination of professional experience and business acumen with the ability to interact productively with a broad range of personalities and cultures. Manijeh is committed to building long-term business relationships, maintaining a commitment to excellence in all areas of accountability. Golnaz Farpour
Golnaz is a Client Relations Liaison at our firm. She is a graduate of the Simon Fraser University’s Faculty of Business. She obtained her baccalaureate degree in 2009 in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Law. Golnaz first started at our firm as a summer student in 2004 and has been with us ever since. Golnaz is a dedicated team player and with her background in business administration, she is full of fresh and interesting business ideas.

Hamid Mokhtarian
Hamid is a qualified Attorney at Law from Iran, a member of the Central Iranian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. Having completed the Certificate Programme in Immigration Law and Policy at UBC, Hamid is now an Immigration Case Manager at Echelon Law Corporation. Hamid mostly works on Economic and Family Class immigration cases as well as work and study permits.

Ann Patterson
After completing the Legal Assistant program at Capilano College more than twenty years ago, Ann has enthusiastically established her career in the legal profession. Over the years, she has developed a remarkable acumen as a Legal Assistant in real estate and corporate law. Ann joined Echelon Law Corporation in 2005 and continues to flourish both personally and professionally.

Leyla Nouhi
Leyla is an Immigration Case Manger with our firm. She comes to Echelon Law Corporationwith a BA in Economics and Masters in Public Policy, both from SFU. Leyla has always been passionate about issues pertaining to immigration. Most of Leyla’s graduate work focused on underemployment and underutilization of highly skilled immigrants. Upon graduation, she joined the Business Council of British Columbia and travelled the world to research how other immigrant receiving countries look at foreign qualifications. She then joined the BC Government as a Research Managerat Pacific Coast Collaborative Commission where she worked on policy issues related to the Pacific Coast. Leyla is knowledgeable, conscientious and a tireless advocate for those who want to make a home in Canada.
